Since building our first tower in 1987 in Warsaw, Indiana, Charles S. Hayes Inc. dba Hayes Towers continues to build, own, and manage wireless communications towers nationwide.
Our customers include major cellular carriers (AT&T, Dish, T-Mobile and Verizon), regional wireless internet companies, fiber providers, first responder networks and school corporations. Our experienced team members are always ready to help our customers reach their network connection goals in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Jody Haines: Accounting
With 30 years of accounting experience, Jody oversees projects related to finance and accounting for Hayes Towers and is the primary contact for accounts payable and receivable.
Anne Hayes: President
Anne joined Hayes Towers in 2014 and now serves as president of the company. Anne builds and maintains relationships with customers and is involved in all aspects of tower development from the initial site acquisition to the management and operation of completed towers.
Katrina Marquardt: Facilities Manager
Katrina has worked for Hayes Towers for over 20 years and lends her expertise to all areas of the company. As Facilities Manager, Katrina focuses much of her time on site due diligence and construction management. Katrina is also responsible for company compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and oversees maintenance and construction crews at all of our locations.
Meet our Founder - Charles S. Hayes
As a sixth grader in the 1950s, Charlie Hayes began pursuing his interests in radio communications as a ham radio operator in the basement of his parent’s home. Purchasing World War II surplus parts and equipment, he would build radio transmitters and communicate with other ham radio operators throughout the world.
Since that time, his education and career have revolved around the intersection of business and engineering. Charlie graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1965 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In the 1980’s, Charlie bought and operated a radio station in South Bend, IN. From there, he founded a beeper company, Alert Paging, and in 1987 he built his first radio communications tower. Charlie then went on to open Charles S. Hayes Inc, dba Hayes Towers.
